First time customer and probably last time I'll order at this place. I ordered The Edge online for delivery and requested extra sauce. It was dry as a bone. I don't think there was any sauce on it. When I called the location to complain, I was on hold for over 10 minutes and finally my phone hung up. Lousy pizza and lousy customer service!!

Waited for over 10mins for someone to come to the window. I could see three staff members. One was on her phone, one seemed to be a delivery driver, and the third was working cutting pizza.

The pizza is always cooked to perfection. They can get overwhelmed and with the lack of employees need to resort to door dash. As long as pizza hut themselves deliver the pizza you won't have a problem at all. If they need to use door dash than it's out of their control. The management takes care of their customers. Well done!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, was texted it was out for delivery, then received a text from door dash that they would be delivering, then received a text to call the store because my order had been cancelled. Called the store 8x over 35 minutes was on hold for 11 min, 8 min, 10 min, never was able to get anyone on the phone.
