From 2pm to 10pm preferably but they are really understanding about travellers having to arrive later at times. Just give them a heads up so they can accommodate you.
Check in is 2 PM. For early or late check-in you can call the Fairgrounds Office (541-766-6521) M-F - 8AM - 5PM or the Host at 541-207-8197.
