I think they only have cover charges on weekends. I've been there on Thursdays and didn't get a cover charge.
Good question! All i know its a $10 covercharge when no band is there. As for live music, you might wamt to gp to their website get the number to The New Wave and call in for that type of info. I recomend The New Wave no matter what! Hope ypu find the info you are looking for and enjoy yourself if you do go.
