I started my search online and Will contacted me. It was an easy experience from beginning to end. Will made me really comfortable during the test drive (first time truck buyer) and helped me find some discounts despite the auto shortages. The rest of the staff and salespeople were also friendly and made us feel like welcomed guests. They sold me the truck I wanted for cheaper than other dealerships. And George Chevrolet really has a lot of selection.

I lease my vehicle from George Chevrolet Traverse on 2019. On December 2021, my lease ended so with all the vehicle shortages and prices, so I ended buying out the lease until we calm down with all the viruses and the world stable. I will be leasing a Tahoe or a bigger SUB, but after the experience that my wife had today, Friday the 24th, with George Chevrolet Service Department. My wife took my Traverse to get a oil change at first it took two hour, but I understand that she did not have a appointment. But as the vehicle was ready, and the mechanics drove it out, she told them, are you guys going to wash the car as well, he reply back, do it yourself. At first this is acceptable a business to answer back to a female or customer. The reason that she ask for a car wash is because when I take the vehicle my self, they always wash it, without being told and no charge. George in Service has always been excellent with but this time she had a different service person, and being a female, it all changes things.That’s why I like to go to quick oil places it’s fast, as well not having to deal with employees attitude. I really respect for George Chevrolet, but now my next lease is going somewhere where perhaps they treat female customers with respect.

Best dealership I've purchased a vehicle from. Smooth process from the start to finish. Salesman Joe Vasquez is the man you wanna talk to. Got my first truck from the right dealership best buying experience I have had. I will definitely come back for that 6.2 one day.

You would think that after having to pay over $1700 for service, my truck would at least run better. The truck now makes a rumbling noise when I start it. The truck pulls to the left. Fluids were not topped off and to top it off, one of the wheel center caps is missing. 27 point inspection? Yea right. Road tested? Yea right. I took the truck to George Chevrolet because I've always had good experiences there. Now I regret it.
