CA Nat'l Forests are closed ATTM until Mon-14-Sep-2020 and at least some closures will get extended beyond that. There IS fishing here. Contact the ANF Ranger Station for details. You probably need a permit. The website is not always up-to-date, but provides some good long-term info.
