Today was the first time its turned off and not came back on. But it normally doesnt take long to come back on.
Splash pad ends at 6 The water come on and off until then. They're we're a few time that the water did come off put I've noticed that a few kids and even the park worker walked up to the red pole in the Splash pad pushing something and the water cam back on fast. My guess it that the water is on a timer so that it won't run if it's not being used. Their was a day when the water was not on at all but someone called the city and they sent the park ranger over to fix it.
Once the water is on it stays on until early evening like around 4:30 or 5
I believe Osita is right. When I was there the water went on and off, and around 4-4:30 it did not come back on. My feeling is that they allow so many gallons a day, and when that limit is reached, the water is shut off due to the drought conditions.
