Yes, they have sodas, and I recommend the grilled ham and cheese sandwich, hot link, or bavarian pretzel.
I think just like basic nachos and stuff like that. Haven't been there in a few months so I don't quite remember the exact food but I do remember that it's not that great of a menu.
No food, I think you can bring some inside. They explain when you walk in they're known for their craft beers. I can't say for sure if they have other drinks.
I haven't checked the menu since they revamped the bar. Before it was bad & beer was flat & stale. But since the facelift I was there once & the beer was good. Hopefully food is too.
