From what i know i only know that sears is closing

The mall was acquired by New York's Spinosa Real Estate Group in 2015. It was expected they would remodel the mall into a more open and modern facility. News was in the Bee. The mall was previously sold in 2008.
From my understanding the mall was sold or about ready to be sold to a new owner in which they are planning to remodel also Macy's men is supposed to be combined with Macy woman other than that the management at Sunrise Mall have been struggling to bring foot traffic in
