Excellent establishment. Impeccably clean. My food was tasty, but I did have a small matter with the BRC burrito but the situation was handled appropriately and quickly. They still get FIVE STARS!!!!

This pollo loco has THE WORST FOOD I've ever tasted. If I could give negative star rating, I would. The chicken was way over cooked. And it tasted like it was preheated old chicken. Super dry and rubbery. This is the pollo loco on the cross streets of Greenback and Mariposa.

So it’s unbelievable that these people constantly mess up on me and my mothers orders.So far we’ve had then forget to give us the food we payed for,had a chicken avocado salad without the chicken nor the avocado and we’ve had them give us our birria salsa in a bag which spilled every where…btw they didn’t even refund us properly only get a refund on the tacos that they messed up on,what about the salad it was ruined too.If you guys have the birria boxes why didn’t you put it in their in the first place.You guys are lazy and your kitchen is always a mess.Do something about y’all’s workers cause clearly they get away with anything. P.S they also forgot to charge us multiple times for certain foods

I want to recommend Marco highly, his friendliness and efficiency, not to mention those two yummy chicken avocado tacos he made for me, is a step above all others. I was in today and ordered these tacos as one of my salon clients specifically recommended these. I asked Marco if he was a Manger and he said no but he's working to get there one day. If any of you Pollo Loco franchises need a manager I know you'd be glad you pulled Marco out and positioned him him well. Christine Granite Bay

If you can buy hot food on EBT, sure but I will call before.😁
I don't think they follow all Covid safety practices. The day I went to buy some food some customers got in to the store without mask. Failing some safety procedures can spread covid19 to any customer or employee. Please re-train your employees about covid safety practices in order they can follow the safety protocol.
