Can you still fish here? Do you need a license? Where do you buy one?

Was recently there & the only fishing I saw was in the pond but you have to throw them back in. As for a fishing license you usually need anywhere you fish. Irvine Lake you could buy one but they are closed down. Other than that you can purchase a FL @ Walmart or Big 5

Ya not looking to fish at pond. Was hoping Irvine lake was open to public :( So sad they wont resolve issue to allow people to use such a beautiful place! It's all about the $$$!
