Does it matter what city u live in n in one of the pictures the cats r free to roam around is that true. Cause I hate caged animals n I'm sure the kittens I want to bring will not like it.

No it doesn't matter what city your from. Yes the cats have the option to roam free, some decide to be left alone in our spacious kennels.
