I found a cat about a week ago and I wanted to keep him but I can’t because of my land lord and his no pet policy. I bought him litter, food and treats. Can I take him here?

I called them about a kitten that was left in my yard by a stray there were four of them but by the time I found them I was only able to save the one and was able to ween him to health after a friend told me about cat milk you can buy from pet co after a few days he was healthy .and as I also can't have a pet I called west end told them my story and I told them I would pay for adoption fee and to have a chip put in the kitten to make it easier to find a home they agreed to take him he really is a beautiful little guy I pray that they find him a nice home west end was really helpful and I appreciate all they do. Oh and I'm not even a cat person but this one almost had me

It probably not a good idea to tell them you planned on keeping the cat and that you bought things to keep it. I don't think they take pet surrenders. I think if you just say itz a stray they'll take. If not take it to the Upland Shelter, they are also a no kill shelter. Tell them you found it in the park in Upland.
