Service dogs are. And by service dog i mean legit service dog that you actually need. I don't think " hey look at me, i have a dog" dogs are allowed 😀

To the best of my knowledge Service animals are allowed. California recognises Dogs and Ponies as service animals however PETA considers any animal that provides medical and emotional comfort as a service animal.
