THIS COMPANY AND STORE MADE ME CRY OUT OF ANGER AND DISRESPECT IN FRONT OF MY PARENTS. I think I need to speak for this. This particular VS store is the worst store that I have ever been to. I bought over $500 if stuff, and that time I was working at another VS store in other mall and I came to buy some and return some stuff.At the register this girl who the pink cashier and was white and had a blond hair and chubby was telling me that I don’t know anything about Victoria Secret and I should know better if I’m working at VS also acting like if she was my Manager. My mom was standing with me all shocked and when I told the store manager I was so angry that I started crying she was just telling me sorry that she would go talk to her. Never go there!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! Go shop at some other VS stores.

It was a rainy Thursday evening the weekend before Christmas, and all of the people were scurrying about. Victoria’s Secret was full no doubt. However, I was still greeted and assisted immediately. I was measured for a new bra size and given all of the options in my size. They fit perfectly! Everyone from the person that greeted me when I walked in the door and directed me to the sale items, to the person in that department who grabbed someone to measure me immediately, that person measured me and grabbed bras in multiple colors from Victoria’s Secret pink side and the original Victoria's Secret side. The dressing room room was very packed, and the women in charge made sure that the line stayed in order, all while being polite.

Staff is very helpful and kind, very welcoming(the ladies upfront). They’ll help you learn how to measure yourself for garments and will guide you to the items you wish to find. Unfortunately , the staff at the registers seems so impatient and not very welcoming. They rush through the process and don’t seem to care for customers. My sister and I are loyal customers anyway and always come out with handful of bags! 😅Once, I had lost my sunglasses there and this kind staff member had taken my info and promised to reach out. Sadly, her manager didn’t care about giving me a call although the staff member continuously reminder him/her to call me. I returned a week or two after and this very kind girl remembered my sis and I and brought out my sunglasses. Props to her and a very big thank you!
