Stopped by today for a routine ring inspection hoping to get that done first thing when they opened at 10am since we’re a busy family with a new baby. Manager didn’t arrive until 10:26am, Starbucks in hand. Even then, they locked the doors behind them and had no explanation or apology. Posted hours online and in store started at 10am. What a waste of our time. Very disappointed.

To call this an outlet is just an excuse to offer reduced return periods and and a smaller selection in a larger store. That said, the place is a nice size, but they don't fill it very well. The people were a bit distant. Helpful, if you prodded them to be. If you know exactly what you want, it's a fine place. Just don't expect an amazing deal just because they brand it an outlet store.

Spoke with Jebran while I was in the store and had a really nice chat with him as the store was slow during the weekday afternoon while I was there. Great guy and I truly wish him all the best. I ended up picking out some beautiful gold earrings for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. I’m sure she is going to be ecstatic and I’m ecstatic about the price and customer service I received.
