Parking spots along adjacent streets is metered. Cash and C/C accepted as pay for parking fee. Time is limited, you may receive a ticket after being in the same parking space for a duration of time that exceeds whats posted (even if you pay the meter). So plan on taking time to move your vehicle if parking on street. Parking lots in that area are at a cost to you. Either hourly or flat rate.
There are few parking lots close to Ruccco park. However, the parking lot that is adjacent to The park has meters and it is not free . I hope that answers your inquiry.
