Is Crossfire Ministries judgemental in any way can somebody have a past that ain't the best and not be judged by the first appearance

I've not attended myself but my Aunt use to go there and my Step dad went not long ago. It seems as though the Pastor is nice, they have programs, and a lot to help with.
