Campbell Senior Center offers classes to everyone regardless of the type of phone they own....
They offer a tone of things....however since most of the people you will be taking advice from are retired i wouldn't assume classes about new tech would be there specialty, but I'd call and ask there classes are so varied you never know :)
Give them a call and ask would be my best suggestion.
