I'm meeting a friend in the area and carpooling to Pdx for an evening event. Is there a safe place to park a car around there until 11pm or so?

You could park your car in the parking area near the Iron Skillet restaurant at the TA but if you want to park in an area with better lighting you can park at the customer parking in the Pilot up the road.

There is no iron skillet anymore, there is a pop-eyed chicken. I found the parking lot pretty chill, so even today the PDX thing is doable.
