Never been there when it wasn't. Under construction, parts of the building. No direction as how to get in store or if you're in the store. Good luck on finding your way to the bathroom.

Yes, they are awful but not as bad as they were last year..
Yes it is always dirty your best bet is to bring some Lysol wipes with you and some sanitizer with you before you stop here to use the restrooms and make sure you bring your own soap to wash your hands and paper towels
Yes they always stink and sometime there is no paper
