JR. unfortunately I’m not sure why you haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone but we have communicated very well with our members. We have sent emails to all members who have valid emails on file, posted updates to all our social media accounts and there is a banner on our webpage titled Covid updates with all the information. On 11/18 when we were closed we turned off all member billing until we were able to get our outdoor tent workout area open, aound the middle of the December. At that time turned billing back on. We had a 3200 square-foot outdoor fitness out there and our indoor tanning and hydromassage were open as well as free access to all of our virtual and video on demand fitness for all paying customers. As of today, January 29, 2021, we were able to open indoor. Please ask all members keep their workouts under 60 minutes and everyone who enters must wear a mask and clean their equipment before and after while maintaining proper physical distancing from other members.
You can workout in the tent and you have to wear a mask and wash your hands. You can only go in the gym if you have a personal training session or for tanning and maybe the massage chairs.
