At times they will be really busy and not able to answer the phone,and other times they be outside on A smoke break as your not allowed to smoke inside I don't call I just show up.

That is silly after 8 hours cooking on a grill, you should want to wait the 7 minutes for them to brick the grill. The food will obviously be better. Plus with it being a 24/7 hour restaurant it has to be cleaned at some point. Thats in response to Van
At 3 a.m. the bar scene crowd is eating before going home. They are usually hungry and loud.
Wouldn't surprise me they even clean the grill at around 5 am and then you got to wait on them to get done. Hope and pray that your not escorted out because you complain to much because me and my spouse was ask to leave because we complained so much about the place that HPD ask us to leave after they had their breakfast & coffee while we waited patiently on the grill to be cleaned. Hope this is a help to the scrappy service that goes on there since we can't management to respond.
Open 24/7
It is open 24 hours. They just ignore the phone when they don't feel like answering it. I've been in there before at night picking up a to go order, and the phone will be ringing off the hook, and they just act like they're oblivious to it.
They should be open all the time, probably just didn't answer the phone -- try them again.
