It isn't often I think to write a review, but this Waffle House is great. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. I appreciate all the staff's work here, but I want to specifically commend Marcy. She is very fast, always on top of everything, and very friendly. If she were even half as good a waitress as she is, I'd still be happy. Having worked retail for 6 years, I know it can be exhausting to keep up this level of service, so I really hope her manager appropriately recognizes what they've got here. God bless this Waffle House team.

Great meal! I'd advise anyone thinking about stopping at 3995 University Dr, to drive an extra mile to a restaurant that cares about your business. Edit: Unfortunately I'll have to knock them down 2 stars. No customers and I'm told it's to go only and cash only. Decided to still go down to an ATM to get cash to pay for an order. Then I get charged the "to go" fee even though I don't have the option to eat in. Not cool! As someone in the restaurant business when service is at least decent I tip at least 20%, usually more like 25-30%. If you'd have let us eat in you'd have made more money, I guess you'd rather take it easy. Half the dining room was already cordoned off. Not good business.
