Waffle Houses have consistently good food. What set this one apart was the way the sullen cook treated his new server. Our server was hardworking and very pleasant. The cook, on the other hand, apparently had it in for her and was snappish and rude to her, as anyone could observe. I ordered double cheese and eggs. The quantity he prepared was not a double order, I know, as I've had this many times before. The server agreed with me and asked nicely for another order. He ignored her, and altho we stayed 15 min and he prepared other orders he never did respond to this request. I have never seen such blatant rudeness as this man displayed in a WH. I suggested to our server there were plenty of other places needing help where her good customer service would be appreciated. Someone in WH hierarchy needs to retrain this cook in human kindness and professional duty. 5 stars for server, none for environment or cook! ADJUSTMENT!: Went back a couple of weeks later. Two different (and cheeerful) cooks, no surly cook, and the same hard-working server. Much more positive atmosphere and no problems with our order! Good job, Waffle House! We will return!

Gave them a 4 only because there was flys and crickets in the ladies restroom but other than that everything was good

Usually perfect here, but my waffle was a bit well done, the server (a big girl, with short, dyed black hair) was rude, never even made eye contact or acknowledged that my party had a Vietnam vet (I've watched her as a server before and she is consistently rude). Also, while I love it, they keep the place freezing. Can't imagine what their electric bill is.

Seriously if I could give no stars I would! My fiance and I came here and placed an order to go but we decided to go ahead and eat here. Well "Miss Cassie" said we had to move because we were sitting in her area of tables to waitress if we wanted to eat our to go order! Then proceeded to say she liked my sweater after being so rude, then she moved us to the girl that took our orders table and so the order lady approached us and said so y'all are eating here right?! And I was like not if it's gonna be this big of a deal!!! Seriously?! Where's the customer service?! Don't change your mind if you decide to eat at the restaurant after placing a to go order! I swear!
