I live here and just wondering why the water literally sucks so darn bad to where the sprayer in the kitchen will never work ? I won’t even be using water in any other place and yet it can’t work? Only complaint I’ve had since moving here.

We have the same problem. It will spray but only barely. And it is only on the kitchen as well. Only other complaint is that the water does not stay hot too long

The water pressure sucks because there is only 1pump for all the buildings. It's not up to code. Each building should have a booster pump

I live there a month and the water sprayer in my kitchen works fine .. you may need to notify your maintenace or mgr.

so When we had the “big state” inspection, a couple of maintenance people from another district that was hired to come and tidy the place up replaced my whole faucet and now guess what!? My sprayer works! Who would’ve known. Obviously not basalt ridge
