We had our toilet break in the middle of the day and I work from home so it was a bit chaotic but I made 1 call to the office and maintenance came right over and removed the broken toilet and brought us a new one right away! I really appreciate the maintenance crew here.

Just don't these places are nice when you view them . But the office and maintenance don't care about the property and actually seem to look down there nose at people who live here. They refuse to get any real type of security. Yet quest rv park has top notch that goes thru their park every 30ins. They are owned by the same people.

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before moving into these apartments with my roommate. First off, the apartments look nice only because they are new. They are not sturdy or well made. The "curtains" break off very easily and while they say they will charge not you for them - they do. The "carpet" is not real carpet. (at least if you have a first floor apartment) The winters here are terrible. They NEVER plow the driveways, so it's awful walking and driving. The apartments are insanely cold, so you're forced to crank up the heating bill. The worst of all is the customer service from the office. They constantly sound dismissive, like they don't care. They WILL increase your rent at the end of your lease. Please consider all options before moving in here - we did not enjoy it.
