Josh is who we were dealing with, over text, email, and in person. We weren't able to get a deal made this time, but not for lack of trying. Josh did everything he could, he was respectful, understanding, honest, and kind. He was great to work with. If we are in the market for another car we will definitely start there with him. If you are looking for someone who will work hard for you and with you, I definitely recommend talking with Josh.

Josh, aka Lugnut, was awesome in helping us find my son’s truck today! He took the time to LISTEN to what our bottom line was on where payments needed to be. Drove us to the lot in CDA to find the truck he fell in love with. It was a pleasure doing business with you Josh. Awesome service!! Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that the finance person had great customer service skills. Yelling what he yelled across the lobby from his doorway was pretty obnoxious. I know I’m a momma bear, I was not rude nor unprofessional toward him. Hope he does better in the future. My son was pre-approved and took an additional credit hit due to the finance person (I refuse to name in this review because it’s just not morally okay to me) not knowing how the process works and reaching out to a completely different credit union. Once the pre-approval went through dealer services, all was well. I gave a 4 star because of the outstanding customer service Josh gave, because this is the 3rd vehicle our family has purchased through CAL and I’d like to believe our finance guy was just having a moment.

Went into the Airway Heights Cal Cars and was greeted by Aaron Boyd. He quickly got us looking at a truck that we had our eyes on. Very personable, quick. We were later transferred to Joshua Vrieling to finish up the process. Joshua was extremely helpful and helped the process go extremely smooth. Very knowledgeable and made the details very easy to understand. Would recommend both gentleman to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
