Why does the mall (and I heard other local malls) close at 8pm now instead of 9pm?

I have know idea?

They did a survey back a couple months ago and found that most people who come in after 8pm are just window shopping. They figured by closing at eight they'd be saving costs in utilities and whatnot.

Unknown.

Up north they're still 9!

I think because lack of business.
