We had to switch vets after Dr. Drewit retired. The new doctor that has taken over likes to over explain things with complicated vocabulary, making it very hard to understand the information she is trying to relay to you. We would end up having more questions at the end of our visit than we had at the beginning. They dont do ultrasounds or lab testing in house, so expect to pay twice as much as opposed to a vet that does all of their own ultrasound and lab tests. The only reason im not giving them 1 star, is because the support staff is excellent.

I watched/listened to a young man berate the staff because he believed he shouldn’t have to pay for the vet visit and only the medicine for his dog. I commend the staff for their professional attitude. Some people bewilder me. If you go see your medical doctor, you will pay for the visit AND your medication. Veterinarians are no different and never have been, whether they spend 20 minutes with your pet or 1 minute, there is no difference. Again, kudos to the crew there!

First off, let's start with the receptionist Carla, she clearly does not enjoy her job and cannot handle the stress of her job and it shows by how rude she is to customers. Many people I know have decided not to go with your office just because of her. Next, typically if there is a problem with a 4 pound puppy and your staff can't handle it then you ask the owners to help and you figure it out together and help the puppy overcome her fears rather than holding her muzzle shut and making her scream for over 5 minutes.

I just went in to get some pricing on my Guinea pigs. They were friendly, helpful and so very nice. Nice clean lobby. I'll be back in 2 weeks I'll update on visit then too but super plane so far. Thank you again.

Hello Pete, please call the clinic at 509-921-9829 for pricing.
I don't think he deals with reptiles. But you can call and ask the front desk people are all incredibly helpful.
It's hard to find. Dr. Jewitt stays pretty much with dogs &cats. Hes been our vet 25 years
They do but call in advance I've been with them for 25 years, and have had a few dogs and every time they couldn't be more compassionate every time, it's a hard time for all the Vets too. And I'm sorry for your loss. D
Love Dr Jewitt not sure when he will retire is my only concern. I take my dachshund there and he has owned this breed. Staff is wonderfull.
Dr. Jewet will DEFINITELY do what's best for your cat. You may want to consider calming treats. They're natural. But, speak to him first, he truly loves animals will definitely help your kitty. Good luck to you and thank you for your kindness--helping a senior animal is not always easy, but they need us....
I wouldn't take my dog any where else. I trust Dr. Jewett completely.
They charge for whatever you make the appointment for...like shots, check up etc.
If you are already a client, and they know your pet, they usually will, depending on the circumstances of course. They are all animal lovers and always want to help. Under their care, my pets lived to be 20 and 21 years old.😀
