Dolly started Dollywood in 1986. It was Silver dollar City before. I like Dollywood best. I go at least twice a week.
She didn't make it as in build it from the ground up. It used to be called Silver Dollar City, she took it over in the 80's or 90's. She has made a lot of improvements and added a lot of rides

She has developed it into what it is today. She is very active in the local area.
