3pm. You can also buy a season pass at Christmas and it be good for the next year.
Went just last week and were able to use tickets the next day because we entered after 3. Halloween lights were awesome.
If you go to park after 3 can use tickets next day. When explained to us that was just their policy. I would call direct to see if changes.
It's actually only a summer thing and it's no longer valid.

If you enter after 3pm, you can use the tickets for the next day also
If you purchase a regular 1 day admission and enter the park after 3pm that same ticket will give you next day admission for free.
