sorry-- i got put as a guide somehow I used to live there but that was way back in the late 80s I would think that the marina has a permit to sell in state and out of state folks a 1 or 3 day licence I know that the local ace hardware store sells them if all else find a idaho fish and game location good luck and happy fishing remrmber A BAD DAY FISHING --- IS A LOT MORE FUN THAN A GREAT DAY AT WORK
