When we booked our cabin online, we also received a $10 discount off park passes to Dollywood. We booked the cabin several weeks in advance, printed out the receipts and, when we got to the park, we walked right in to the park without having to wait in line. However, these were only day passes and not season passes so that may be a bit different. But can't imagine you couldn't get them online as well.
There are certain times during a certain month or two, when you can buy season passes thru specific grocery stores. But that's usually around March or April, I think. I'm pretty sure you can buy them online anytime tho.
