Can you swim in certain spots? Or at all

I'd say no. It's rather wavey and there are riptides and sneaker waves. Also super jagged rocks.

Swim at Sunset Bay, Shore Acres has high rocks and rough waters.

First, the water is quite cold Sunset is the safest and longer beach for actual swimming. Still have to be aware of rocks and tide changes.

I would say no...maybe walk on the beach but swim...not so much.
