If you ordered online, they emailed it to you. But you had to order during that promotion or you don't get any. We ordered two of ours when the promotion wasn't going on and didn't get any.

You get one for each pass you have when you renew, however, they are only good during a certain time period.
They gave us a friend pass when I renewed it was good until middle June . If you didn't get a friend pass when you got your season pass than I feel sure they will give you one
