Do they take birds? I have a rooster who has awful looking feet, ingrown feathers. I don’t want to pull them out because that could lead to infection. I’ve brought him to the vets and they told me to treat it like it was mites. It’s not mites.

I am not sure but most certainly they will direct you to the bird aviary in Ellsworth. Brewer veterinary clinic used to treat birds also.
