I don't remember experiencing this horrible service before. I went today for my pet appointment and I am totally unsatisfied with the service. I took my dog for a checkup and The veterinarian didn't check my dog!. He didn't touch him to check anything!!! He only asked if I had any concerns and that was it. where is the check up???? I paid for a visit that didn't provide a service. I basically paid to go warm up a chair. We had like a minute chat and he was out. Like what?! If your pet needs a check up, dont go here! If they aren't capable of doing a simple checkup, how can I trust them for anything else with my pet.

Update: This office now allows you to go into the room with your animals. The best Vet clinic I've been to in San Diego. Great staff, Vets explain the treatment plan and are flexible, Prices are fair and not inflated. They definitely put the care of your animal first. We always feel safe when our kiddos are in their care. Thank you BPCAH.

I have been calling for 3 days to get a hold of my vet to schedule an appointment. They do not answer their phone, return calls or texts. I was forced to find a new vet since it is impossible to reach them. Now all I want are my pets records. Do I need to drive down their to talk to someone? I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Don't bother calling them, they won't answer.

Horrible customer service! Came on here to see the reviews and stunned to see how many people are saying they do accept walk ins and always feel welcomed. We however experienced the complete opposite they took a look at my pit bull and turned her down instantly. My dog just needed her paw checked out and bandages rewrapped. Unprofessional and ultimately sad.
