Do you know if they have any spaces available and if there's an age requirement on the trailers and if there's any spaces close to geather where my sister can move

Steve is incorrect, there is a 15 yr. Age limit on trailers(no older than 2004). But, they may approve an older one If it's inspected and found sound. Also, I have found that the Managers are sensible, polite and very fair. We've lived here since Feb. and experienced friendliness.
