Third time staying at the Blue Ox. Our go to RV Park when visiting the Corvallis, Albany and Eugene OR area. First class resort with all the amenities that you need. Highly recommend it all!

A clean and accommodating RV park. However, I called to inquire about the rate for one night, I was told $51.08. I asked if that included tax, Cindy said "yes". After the stay, I checked my bank account. I was charged $52.10. I know, first World problems. Just buyer beware. While we enjoyed are stay, I would be remiss not to mention that the lever to exit the bathroom near the office has a teany tiny lever to open the door. I was trapped in the restroom for a few minutes, needing to pound on the door, hoping that someone would hear my call for help. Please, Blue Ox, work on this.

To stay there is great. But to book the clubhouse for a family reunion when most of the people are older make sure you have it and it isn't going to be cold and rainy outside. Because thay over Booked for a wedding and put us out side in the rain.

Blue Ox is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. Super helpful staff, clean all working laundry room very clean, nice indoor pool and propane fill. Thank you!!

I was told 20 years. This is an update. This is a nice place. Don't get me wrong, I will not go there again. I was in a contract, to stay monthly after several months waiting. We brought a covered trailer and told them it will be with us. 2 weeks in staying there they said we could not keep it there. But half of the reseadent were told they were "Grand fathered in so they got to keep there's. Even the first place you see is the managers huge trailer, and are turning down people with them. I call that calling the kettle black. We argued about this even after talking to the uppermanagment they were nasty to me. So disappointed in this place. For that and there unqualified management I now give them a big fat "0". Peace out.

They do.. if you're thinking about it you may want to fill out an application ASAP cuz there is a waiting list. Reasonable weekly rates also till a monthly spot becomes available. Excellent place to stay. Very quiet and friendly staff as well as guests.

Steve is incorrect, there is a 15 yr. Age limit on trailers(no older than 2004). But, they may approve an older one If it's inspected and found sound. Also, I have found that the Managers are sensible, polite and very fair. We've lived here since Feb. and experienced friendliness.
