I would like to know if anyone out there can help me with this issue I gave them a security deposit $1,000 and I told him after that did not want the car now they don't want to refund me how do I deal with this

It depends on the vehicle. If you put a security deposit on a high end car, like the Telluride or Stinger those are non refundable unless you purchase it. I think.
