I had an appointment to have my brake pads replaced and oil change done. As always I had my 2 year old son with me so already I’m stressed hoping it won’t take long. I had Sophia check me in and couldn’t have been more pleased with her dedication and professionalism. She was very thorough in explaining everything, suggesting I get my car inspected at the same time since it’s due in less than 2 months and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I go into a car dealership expecting to be upselled in some way into fixing something or buying something when I don’t necessarily need it. When we purchased the vehicle we purchased line 5 for our tires and the lifetime warranty as we didn’t want to have to worry about anything. After being told the total for pads, rotors and oil change I had asked if the rotors would be covered under our warranty. As rotors are A where and tear item I wasn’t very hopeful. Sophia looked into it and was able to get my rotors completely covered under warranty as I had been having on and off problems with them since the day I drove off the lot. She went out of her way to help me out with finding a way to lower the cost. Thank you Sophia for your great customer service! I appreciate it and look forward to seeing you next time! Natasha Lamb

Brandon my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was selecting my new vehicle. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed! He was very sweet and told me I can email him anytime if I have any questions or need anything at all. Ben the finance manager was also very nice and assisting, he of course was also educated on everything and was able to explain things to me in layman’s terms. Ben also threw in some goodies with my car purchase like a Kia keychain and a tile which I was very happy about. I’m so glad I went to Dan O’Brien Kia and I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone I worked with was very helpful. I drove over 200 miles to get there and everyone worked hard to complete everything that was necessary to avoid having to make multiple trips to the dealership. They had exactly what I needed and did a great job. It was much easier to buy a car than I expected. My sales consultant, Brandon Jeglinski, was extremely helpful. He walked me through the whole process, set up a test drive and followed up to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. I recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Yes! Customers are allowed inside the dealership. Masks are not required as per state laws and ordinances.
It depends on the vehicle. If you put a security deposit on a high end car, like the Telluride or Stinger those are non refundable unless you purchase it. I think.
Yes! The best thing to do is call the dealership and talk with a Service Advisor, they can schedule you a VIP appointment and get you in and out in a hurry. They can also verify the towing capacity of your Sportage and make sure you are good to go!
I had a tough time getting anyone to return my phone calls or getting in contact with my salesman when I bought the car. It was pretty stressful. I wish you the best of luck
