Seems to be always understaffed so the dining room is closed YET again for like the 3rd time in a month or 2. So my opinion don't go to this location.

Great burgers. Much tastier than I n and Out.

I'm not going to this BK again. Feel I was gauged because I only wanted the burger, and it was not very good.

Unfortunately we were going through a rough time with staffing and poor management that chose to close whenever she felt she wanted to. We have added staff and management that is more reliable. Please don't give up on us.

It's not just this location that lacks employees, the Burger King in Cornelius seems to be understaffed too, very frustrating.

A group of us dine there once a week or more. The quality of the burgers has improved and the price Compared to other fast food restaurants Is competitive. Don't give up on them, as all The remodeling is now Completed.

It would help if they put it on their reader board so you would know before wasting your time pulling up...

Agreed, but in the last month or 2 the dining room has been closed due to no staff. I worked in this industry for a while and understand the difficulties, but we where never understaffed if people called in others got more hours and were also the ones whom got raises.
