They managed to get my ENTIRE order wrong. Cola instead of orange juice, fries instead of onion rings (which I paid extra for), and tomatoes on my burger when I asked for none. I get that mistakes happen and I wouldn’t find it a big deal if only part of the meal was incorrect, but they managed to mess up every single item. Reeks of carelessness.

Carl's Jr. Has always had juicy burgers, but there milk shakes only have one size...reason I'm referring to uh juicy burgers and then visualizing shakes you see: burgers have several sizes like a special place I love to eat with it being juicy too. So if you can see what I can, then why are the milk shakes in one size 🤔...some of us more or less than others need either more or less too suck on. I prefer more 😚😊

Went today at 845pm, lights were on, drove up to the drive-thru and no one answered to take my order. As I drove off, I saw they had turned the lights off. This is the 2nd time it happens. Wonder if the owner knows.

Ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich today, no cheese, with lettuce tomatoes and onions added. The hot honey has a mild sweet heat that builds slowly as you eat the sandwich. The chicken was moist and tender, but the hot honey blocked out any seasoning that might have been in the breading on the chicken. While the hot honey was tasty, I wasn't able to eat the sandwich until 15 minutes after I had purchased it. By that time the honey had softened any of the crunch that might have been in the coating on the chicken. Both sides of the bun had adequate honey on them so as to keep the sandwich from being dry. Adding the lettuce tomatoes and onions overall complemented the smoky bacon and made for a tasty sandwich. Would I order it again? Probably, if I could eat it immediately upon receiving it. Otherwise, I would stick with the regular version without the hot honey, which if you get it freshly-made, is crispy and delicious. Though I didn't do it this time, normally the only way I order from fast serve restaurants is to ask for it to be freshly made, and wait in the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Usually the difference is night and day between a freshly made sandwich and one that is coming through the normal sandwich assembly process. If you have the extra five or ten minutes, try it the next time you order from the drive-thru.

I only went there for the first time earlier this week. I purchased 2 sandwiches, 1 the hot honey chicken and the other the regular Angus burger with extra onions and pickles added. Overall I give the burger a four out of five, with the burger being just a little dry but all of the fixings being delicious, crisp and fresh. I didn't eat the chicken sandwich for 15 minutes because I needed to photograph it when I got home and I wrote a review on it. As I have previously written, I have found that the best way to get the best food from fastserv restaurants is to order your meal fresh each time, and tell the person taking your order that you'll happily wait in the parking lot for them to bring it out to you. I have found the difference in getting your food made fresh is night and day from just the normal drive-thru experience. If you're unwilling to wait 5 to 10 minutes for hot fresh food, that's okay, but you get what they give you which isn't always up to par. Fresh is best.
The person in the drivethru wasn't wearing a mask today. Eek!
There should be a store address and store number on the top of your receipt.
