Been going there for decades, don't know what the rules are concerning dogs, but please, for the health and safety of your dogs, and wildlife that calls the area home, keep them leashed. Very few dogs can resist giving chase when they spot a deer, fox, etc., resulting in undue stress on wildlife already contending with growing human hordes, climate change, invasive species, etc., (e.g. frogs that used to be a common site in the more secluded pools are rarely if ever seen today) not to mention the risk of injury and infection to your dogs. Thank you and enjoy. It's a special place.
Yes we took our dog up 3 times on our trip and ran into many other dogs. I'd suggest keeping them on leash just because there's a lot of areas for them to slip
Yes dogs are allowed. We saw both dogs on leash and off leash
Yes, there were plenty of dogs there on and off leash Friday!
