I work there and am privileged to be there alone sometimes (once overnight!) Foremost this is an exceptional example of 19th century opulence with over 90% of the original contents. Is it haunted? For better or worse, I was born with the ability to see and hear them. All I can say is that you're never alone at Victoria Mansion =}

Idk, didn't get that vibe though, there weren't any ghost stories told during the tour, although the third floor was out of bounds for tourists indefinitely, they say it's because of a fire code issue, it maybe something else too you never know

No, but that is very subjective. I personally did not feel like it was haunted
