You definitely need to bring your own tools or buy some at the hobby shop. Paying for the track comes with pit access where you can work on your car
Yes, we have pit areas where you can work on your car.
You definitely can repair your RC. You can't just walk in to repair it though. You have to pay a small fee to use everything. Tools I wouldn't know if they provide them for you or you have to bring your own.
