Staff there are amazing. I can't speak for techs or dealers. But the service staff that work the counter are amazingly nice and helpful multiple times they've dealt with me and my dumb car issues and have never blew me off or ignore my complaints. They're amazing.

Really nice advisors and the techs figured out what was wrong with my car in less than 2 days which was great because I was a tow in so I was expecting much longer. The other place my car went to they had it for three weeks and couldn’t figure it out. Very happy with my (finally starting!) car and the service I received!

My wife and I had been looking for an 8 passenger Pacifica for a while and since they discontinued the model we couldn't get a new one. Ron Bouchard Auto sales was able to stock the next best thing with only 14,000 miles and my wife's favorite color. I inquired online, got a fast response and confirmation on options. Made an appointment and drove out to meet our sales person Jacob who was totally down to earth and fun to work with. Kids had fun playing, the coffee was good and there was no pressure closing the deal with the Sales manager Bill.

Wasn't going to post a review however I received a text asking to do so. It all began in May of 2021. My car went in for several things 1 of them being a sever shaking in the front end. Here we are in January of 2022 3,000$ later and the problem is still there. My warranty covered some of the repairs but not all of them. The service advisor's have been excellent and I understand it's not their fault so I'm trying not to take it out on them. They've replaced damn near my entire front suspension and the problem is still there. If they can't fix the car whether it be they can't find the problem or they're incompetent then just tell me and I'll find someone else. That being said I'm not giving them another dime. Only reason they're not getting a 1 star is because the service advisors are amazing.
