Bought my 2017 Chevy Trax from here. Some really great friendly knowledgable team members from sales to service or in the office even in the lot the guy who could give you a ride to work or back to your spot is cool and friendly and they all smile, like because they like the job or are happy at it, its really something. I have serviced it here for most of my ownership, 4 years now, whoever I have to see always is in the know about whats up with my car and what I’m there to do, they communicate to each other allowing me some worry free time not having to explain someone else’s job and the reason I’m there. I think they must have the best dealership manager in the car industry, he is knowledgeable, enjoys the auto business you can tell he does I think he has been in it since colonial days, lol, well decades at least. I’ll be back some day for my Camaro or Vet depends on gas prices and my powerball 401k until then I’ll return for service to keep my Trax on track and truly with a smile of my own. I would like to share My great experience with Coby Smart and everyone involved with My recent truck purchase. Trying to find a good used trucks these days is very difficult. I reached out from an ad from Edmonds and colonial West got back to me and told me the vehicle was still available. I went on a Friday afternoon sat down with Coby and started the paperwork to see if I can get financed and everyone there was very helpful and accommodating ended up purchasing the used vehicle. Service department is very knowledgeable and take good care of your car. However , your prices are outrages for labor and service. $1258.00 for brake pads- rotors - oil change and a sensor battery is a bit much. After doing the research could have had this all done for just over $500.00 else where. Probably won’t be back in the future for major repairs due your high pricing.
