Just to clear a couple things up. We do not have a separate gluten free kitchen but we take special care in preparing all gluten free food we serve. As far as Thanksgiving goes, we have never been open on Thanksgiving, but we usually do a Christmas buffet with gluten free options.
Marco Polo has a complete gluten free menu. I've been told they actually have a separate kitchen for gluten free items to avoid cross-contamination, but I haven't checked with the restaurant to confirm. That said, Thanksgiving openings may change from year to year, so you'd need to check with the restaurant directly.
Call the restaurant. I eat there, because I can get delicious gluten-free meals there. I think it helps if they know in advance.
