They do have good used tires...but, you would have to get them mounted somewhere else.
No, they do not. It's a scrap yard, not a mechanic shop, and as such, they do not offer any sort of repair service for your car, it's a "parts only" service. However, you can sometimes find parts in "like new" condition" if you get lucky, including tires. Some tires start at $15 each. You Pick-n-pull what you need. Check out their inventory online, you might find what you need.
They sell used and no they don't install them
Not new, it's a junk yard. Quite a few used tires though, as well as used cars for sale.
